The ELI is an attitudinal assessment tool that captures how an individual currently perceives and approaches work and life. Gain awareness of your filters and how you show up in different situations, so you can shift from reaction-mode to purposeful response.
Consultation
I pull together my 10+ years of human resources experience and my belief that the traditional systems don’t always serve employees, and therefore don’t always serve our businesses. I offer teambuilding, new manager assimilation, and HR consultation to businesses or leaders who want to do this right.
