Hi! I’m Jen.
We are all leaders. Some people lead mindlessly and some lead intentionally - whether that leadership is constructive or not is the key distinction. You’re here because you intend to be an engaging and impactful leader.
In my 10+ years as an HR professional, I saw the highs and lows of how leaders show up. Despite that exposure and all of the formal training, my own leadership journey taught me that being a magnetic, influential leader is much easier said than done.
Until I worked with a coach.
I want to share that magic with you. When we work together you’ll gain tools and awareness to step up your leadership presence and move confidently through your day-to-day management activities while living fully into your authentic leadership style.
